awesome case by .. John Banta ()
Great case for underwater pictures. We bought this prior to our honeymoon in Tahiti and so glad we did. The underwater pictures we brought home were spectacular and fun to take & show off.
It's a bit difficult to see the LCD screen underwater but I think that was more due to my mask than the case itself.
Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone who frequents vacation destinations with water!
Great underwater housing. by .. R. Anderson (San Diego,CA)
Bought this case for the Canon SD900. It works beautifully. Unlike other housings I've used, you can change all the settings on the camera from the outside. And if you buy it here you will get a bargain.
Incredible camera housing by .. Francisco J. Rodriguez Mtz ()
I used it in a Water Park and it's incredible!!
Great deal from Amazon!
Canon WP DC7 waterproof case for the CanonSD900 by .. Rajiv Powani (Philadelphia, PA)
I purchased the WP-DC7 for a recent scuba diving trip. The camera fit like a glove in the case. Setting it up was easy too.
Using the camera underwater with the case was very simple. I was amazed with the clarity of the results [both video as well as photos].
I would definately recommend the this case to anyone who owns a cannon SD900 and plans to use it in or under water.
the canon WP DC7 underwater case by .. John Arnel A. Solamo (Philippines)
after getting my wp dc7, i went straight to the nearest dive site, to test whether my case had no leaks....after greasing up the O-ring, iwent down for my first dive...perfect! no leaks! BUT one thing turned me off....the case is NOT neutrally buoyant!!! which means the case kept floating and got in the way whenever i would do some underwater manouvers....i can't see the logic of not making it neutrally buoyant...in the first place the manufacturers knwe from the start that this was to be used underwater....i know, you have accessories to go with it...."weights"....sheesh....i envy my friend who also had an underwater case for his camera from another company...it didn't need any weights to be able to make it stay in it's place(not float that is)...the case was excellent EXCEPT for that aspect, hope the manufacturers can do something about it....i mean, i bought this case expecting it NOT to stay afloat coz itt supposed to be an UNDERWATER case which means it has to stay underwater.....
